The Cook Brothers designed half cab built by Freighliner was always badged as a White, Diamond T, or REO but not as a White-Freightliner. As a side note, the cab was available in either aluminum or steel.

8/9/2013 · 1948 Autocar engine. . I'm working on restoring this 1948 Autocar. I'm finding or not finding conflicting answers just what model the engine in this old girl is. All I have to go on is the s/n 35-1008 which is stamped on the LHS boss of the front gear housing. The problem I see is the original factory plate lists the engine number as 60-9162.
